How the demo works
Step 1
Check at the gate
Each inbound lot gets five certificate checks: on file, in date, scope covers the crop, certifier on your approved list, and enough validity left.
Step 2
Clean, keep identity
A cleaning run keeps the lot number and records kilograms in, kilograms out and screenings, so nothing disappears into a bin.
Step 3
Blend with a recipe
A blend records which cleaned lots went in and how many kilograms of each, so a mixed lot still points back to every source.
Step 4
Trace report on demand
Pick an outbound lot and get its sources, mass balance and certificates in one page. Or start from one inbound lot and see where it went.
What this is, and is not
The suppliers, certifiers, certificates, lots and customers here are invented for illustration. The demo shows the shape of the records and checks, built on the traceability and record-keeping HealthyBowl already ships (trace batches, a tamper-evident trace ledger, compliance records). It is not a certification decision, and the approved-certifier list and thresholds are examples you would set yourself.
